Following the client's strategic decision to improve cash flow and save on their facility, they initiated a plan to decommission the current leased site and recommission an existing owned property. We were tasked with providing support in site management and strategic realization.
We embedded RAMS/CDM, coordinated client and design initiatives, and established a regular executive-level reporting schedule.

A significant number of assets and equipment removed from a large facility and managed waste in accordance with regulation and client procedures.

Integreated and coordinated with Cleint and Principle Designers requirements, while ensuring full H&S Complaince.
