Successful Relocation of 3 Sites
Streamlined the products and manufacturing processes, subsequently conducting a workshop focused on Industry 4.0 digitization. Oversaw a team of 5 senior engineers to ensure timely delivery and secured client approvals (FAI and LAI) in compliance with EASA Part 21.
